Created especially for children ages 2–12, this one-of-a-kind event features delicious food, lively music, dancing, and entertainment that will keep kids smiling ’til the cows come home.

PARKING
General Parking at The Marriott Gateway is $10. Valet is available for $25.
If your sponsorship package includes preferred parking you will receive details via email prior to the event
ATTIRE
The recommended attire is
Formal or semi-formal with a touch of western flair. Think bolo ties, neck scarves, cowboy hats, boots, and bold belt buckles.
This attire gives children the chance to enjoy the excitement of dressing up for a special occasion while also embracing the playful spirit of the event’s theme.
MENU
Dinner will be served buffet style at 6:00 PM
ACCOMMODATIONS
Children’s Ball 2025 is a high sensory event. Accommodations will be available to ensure all guests are comfortable.
TICKETS
Please bring your Children’s Ball ticket in electronic or hardcopy format. You may download or screenshot it.
If you do not have an electronic or hardcopy format ticket, you may present your ID or Drivers License at check-in. Tickets may not be transferred at the event.
If blocks of tickets were purchased, the purchaser has been contacted to provide names for each ticket before check-in at the event. Failure to do so, may delay the check-in process.
SEATING
All guests will receive their assigned table upon arrival to Children's Ball.
Tickets purchased at the same time are guaranteed seating together.
If you wish to sit with individuals, we encourage you to purchase tickets together.
